Feel supported, energised and empowered in our beginner pole dancing courses. Learn the basics, nail your first dance routine, and get comfortable with how your body manoeuvres around the pole.

In our Beginner 1 course, you’ll build your strength, stamina and confidence on the pole. We’ll teach you a mini pole dance routine and how to master the core tricks, grips and spins.

It’s also beneficial to work towards different strength, dance and flexibility goals outside of the course. By attending our casual conditioning and dance classes, you’ll begin to see real progress in your pole journey.

So, if you’re looking to take your first steps into the pole world, our Beginner 1 course is where you need to start. Once enrolled you’ll learn from our expert instructors, in a supportive and encouraging environment.

Introductory Course Pricing

The Pole Room offers a number of different options when joining an 8-week course as a new student at The Pole Room.

Course Deposit

  • Holds your spot in an 8-week course. This option is only available when booking over the phone.

  • Full payment is required 14 days from the start date. If less than 14 days, the remaining payment will be required within 24 hours.

8-Week Course

from

$239pp*

  • 1 x 8 Week Course (Same day and time each week)

*AfterPay or ZipPay available. Please pay the deposit amount and we’ll send a link for you to pay the remainder with these payment options.

FAQ'S

Do I have to be strong, flexible or fit for this course?

The simple answer is no. We don’t expect you to be strong, flexible or fit for this course – your strength, flexibility and fitness will improve as the course progresses. If you have any pre-existing injuries please contact us directly to find out if this will prevent you from participating. In most cases, our instructors will be able to modify tricks or combinations to cater to any limitations you might have.

This course is perfect for anyone who has never tried pole dancing before and wants to give it a go. Our experienced instructors will be there to ensure you’re supported and guided throughout!

You do not need to bring or wear heels for our courses (unless specified in the course outline). To get the most from each session, we suggest wearing shorts that allow as much skin to show as you’re comfortable with. The more exposed skin, the more you’ll be able to grip the pole!

You will break a sweat in our classes, so be sure to bring a water bottle and deodorant. We have hand sanitisers and wipes in each room but you will need to bring your own towel.

There will be no door sales for our courses. All attendees must register online prior to the scheduled event.

All of our courses have a limited number of spots available. Once capacity is reached, we close the course for enrolments. For this reason, cancellations and refunds are not possible. Thank you for your understanding.
