We have four studios across Melbourne. All studios are beginner-friendly and run introductory 8-week courses for new students.

What if my baby cries during the class?

We understand that babies can be unpredictable, and we encourage you to attend to your baby’s needs during the class. You can pause your practice and attend to your baby as needed.

No, the class is open to beginners and no prior pole dancing experience is required. Our experienced instructors will guide you through the basics and help you progress at your own pace.

Pole dancing requires more skin and less clothing in order to stick to the pole, so we recommend wearing shorts and a sports bra. Knee pads are also recommended for protecting your knees during floor movements but is not essential. We also suggest bringing a towel and water bottle.

This course is especially for mothers with children aged between 2 and 18 months. If your baby is younger than 2 months, we recommend waiting until they are a bit older before attending the class. 

It is recommended to wait at least six weeks after giving birth before starting any exercise program. However, if you have any concerns or medical conditions, it is best to consult with your doctor before attending the class. Our instructors can also provide modifications and adjustments to accommodate any physical limitations.

All of our courses have a limited number of spots available. Once capacity is reached, we close the course for enrolments. For this reason, cancellations and refunds are not possible. Thank you for your understanding.
