The Pole Room Mitcham is our largest facility, running all of our programs including Silks, Hammocks, Lyra/Aerial Hoops and Pole Dancing. The studio is renowned for the variety of classes it offers and the exceptional service it provides. As you progress through the pole dancing and aerial fitness programs at our Mitcham studio, you’ll learn new skills, build your strength and boost your confidence.

Due to the large number of aerial silks and pole dancing classes offered at the Mitcham studio, the schedule shows today’s classes only. To explore future classes, you will need to search the full calendar. If the class you want to join is available, you will be able to select the BOOK button. If it is already fully booked, there will be no option to do so. For all group fitness classes, you will be required to create and log in to your Mindbody Account (you can create an account by following the prompts after selecting your class).


We have a number of talented instructors working from our Mitcham location, all of whom are highly trained with a variety of skill sets. Our instructors will cater to your experience and skill level as they guide you through the program. If you need extra coaching or assistance, most of our instructors are also available for private training.

How many classes a week should I attend?

If you’re committed to achieving maximum results and looking to become a pole superstar in the shortest amount of time possible then we recommend a minimum of three classes per week. This should comprise of at least one tricks based class, one conditioning class and one dance based class. Pole is a skill that requires dedication and consistency, which is why we also have practice times available.

Hydration is important so always bring a water bottle! We have taps in the studios to refill.
Sweaty hands are the arch-nemesis of a pole dancer, bring along a hand towel and grip which can be purchased from studios! Knee pads are essential to have on hand. There’s a high chance you’ll get hot and sweaty in class so bring a light change of clothes if needed. 

Absolutely! When joining you are not expected to have any prior fitness or dance background. Our job is to teach you and help you improve over the journey. 

For our Pole program you must be at least 16 years old and have parental consent if you are under the age of 18.
