So good. Perfect for me to get my flexibility back, and help with movement. I’m currently externally unfit and stiff, excited for my progress down the track. Going to be a weekly must do class for me.
Loved this class!!! Jane does a great job at breaking down moves that are sometimes glossed over in normal dance classes. The class is beginner friendly and I enjoyed learning the more exotic style of dance. I highly ecommend trying this class.

Allison first started her journey at The Pole Room Highett as a student, her infectious energy and graceful dance flow always left everyone wondering … why isn’t she teaching?!
So that’s exactly what she decided to do! Allison’s classes are always full of laughter, heel clacks and music that we have never really heard but absolutely love every time.
Her favourite part of teaching is seeing the joy on someones face when they nail a trick they have been struggling with (it really is the best feeling!)
One of Allison’s proudest moments was placing as first runner up in The Pole Room’s annual show case Shine – we can’t wait until the next time she is on stage!
My favourite artists growing up were Beyonce, Rihanna and Britney Spears… the ultimate trio! Nowadays I gravitate towards strong beats with lots of soft, flowy vocals. I love finding new songs to introduce to people, in class I’ll be playing songs that you’ve probably never heard before! The Pussy Cat Dolls never fail to get me on the dance floor, I just love to dance and can’t imagine a life without it!

The music that I love is best described as ‘sexy’ or ‘hot’, and it’s usually energising for me! Music makes me dance my heart out and can often speak on my behalf while I am on the pole. My favourite artist when I was a child was Michael Jackson, and when I was teen, a French rap band called NTM.
I like to dance to express my feelings and it has become second nature for me. If you come to my classes regularly, you will hear me saying “again!”, “point your toes” and “one more time”, while my favourite tracks play in the background.

With over 20 years of performing arts history under her belt including performing, MC’ing and choreographing, Georgie is hailed as the “Hostess with the Mostess”, and pole mumma to many. Known for a cheeky sense of demeanour and enjoying a naughty giggle or two, Georgie is a passionate pole dancing instructor that believes in creating a fun, welcoming environment for all students. As a choreography specialist and chair & lap expert, she loves nothing more than to be part of the creative process and journey to bring her students’ visions to life. Georgie says the proudest moment in her dance career was hosting Miss Pole Dance WA and having the honour to announce the winner – one of her former students!

I was worried I would struggle with picking up the choreography but the instructor was very understanding and I didn’t feel judged at all. I left the class feeling happy and comfortable in my body.
