We have a wide variety of TPR and guest instructors who bring their unique skills to each workshop. All upcoming workshops are displayed in the schedule at the bottom of the page and anyone is welcome to join. Before booking please check for any pre-requisites in the workshop description.

Do I have to be strong, flexible or fit for a workshop?

In most workshops we expect you to be at level you can participate. For example, if you are doing an introductory workshop, we don’t expect you to be strong, flexible or fit. However, if you are participating in an advanced level workshop then you need to be regularly partaking in advanced level classes. If you  have any pre-existing injuries, please contact us directly to see if this might prevent you from participating. In most cases, our instructors will be able to modify tricks or combinations to work for you.

In most workshops you do not need to bring or wear heels unless it is mentioned in the workshop description. The workshop description is found when you are registering for the workshop in the checkout.

There are no door sales for any workshops. All attendees must have registered online prior to the scheduled event.

All of our workshops have a limited number of spots available. Once capacity is reached, we close the workshop for enrolments. For this reason, cancellations and refunds are not possible. Thank you for your understanding.
