How do I update my CC Details on my Account?

If your Credit Card is about to expire you will need to update it in the system.
We use a secure and encrypted payment gateway to handle all credit cards and bank details. Please note that this help guide will only work if your CC is due to expire within the next 30 days. If you want to swap CC or Bank accounts outside of this window you will need to complete the Contact us Form.

To update your CC details you must login to our Mindbody Portal through the consumer mode here.

Fill out your Username (Email) and Password and click Sign In.

Click on the My Info tab, and select Profile.

Click the Edit icon in the Billing Information section.

Enter the new billing details, and click Save.
