Membership Target

The membership bonus is when you reach your member target in the last week of the term. You have until the end of week 1 of the following term to achieve this target considering some memberships may take a full payment cycle to activate and show on the reports.

Run the membership report (new version) to show all active members for the relevant period. You can find this report in Mindbody. Remove all memberships that were not part of the total such as Session Pack Holders and ensure you have only selected Active members (no suspended members). You can also go back historically to the relevant period under 'As of Date' and make the 'Start Date' and the 'As of' the same date as you are referencing.

The retail bonus is when you reach the target total number of retail sales by the last week of the term.
