Pole dancing is less about counting reps and sets and more about counting tricks! Our tricks classes will teach you all of the current and trending tricks. We’ll teach you how to move into a trick, safely exit a trick and then put it together into a combination.
Our conditioning classes complement your Pole training by working on your strength, flexibility and stamina. Do you dream of doing the splits? Maybe you need to strengthen your core or improve your upper body strength? Our Conditioning classes are a great place to work on areas of improvement.
Our dance based classes are all about fun and fitness. Set to music and based on a variety of dance styles, these classes are a great way to kick up your heels and get the heart pumping.
