The 28 Day Pole Kickstart Challenge includes 3 classes per week at any of our studios. The program itself is designed around three types of 60 minute classes - tricks, conditioning and dance. It also includes practice sessions and a private lesson with one of our expert instructors.
This program is designed for beginners, so we don't expect you to start with any level of fitness or prior knowledge of Pole & Aerial. No matter your past experience or background, you will be surprised how quickly our 28 Day Pole Kickstart Challenge will improve your strength and flexibility.

Whether you are looking for a new skill to learn or just an enjoyable way to work out, the 28 Day Pole Kickstart Challenge is for you!


Pole is less about counting reps and sets and more about counting tricks! Our tricks classes will teach you all of the current and trending tricks. We’ll teach you how to move into a trick, safely exit a trick and then put it together into a combination.

Our conditioning classes complement your Pole training by working on your strength, flexibility and stamina. Do you dream of doing the splits? Maybe you need to strengthen your core or improve your upper body strength? Our Conditioning classes are a great place to work on areas of improvement.

Our dance based classes are all about fun and fitness. Set to music and based on a variety of dance styles, these classes are a great way to kick up your heels and get the heart pumping.
