Liz has had dance in her blood for as long as she can remember. With 10 years of jazz and tap under her belt, she has found her calling in being a pole dance instructor. While Pole allows dance and expression, it is also a full-body workout incorporating high amounts of strength and cardiovascular exercise. Liz loves the feeling of nailing a trick and pulling off a combination with grace and control. Liz’s favourite part about being an instructor is watching her students interpret her choreography and add their own flare to take it to an entirely new level. Liz is a passionate and supportive instructor who is proud to share her love of pole fitness in the helpful and loving community that is The Pole Room Kilsyth.
I have always had a taste for what would be considered pop-punk. Growing up, I loved Fallout Boy and Panic at the Disco. I find a calm and zen headspace when I’m listening to my music, but in my classes, you’ll find upbeat, fast dance songs with lots of sass and energy!

Such a great class! Liz had us do fan kicks as a drill! Fantastic idea!! Fan kicks are often rushed and mine definitely need work so this drill was perfect! Would love to see that more often. I suck at the basics like fankicks and body rolls and stripper wiggles, need to spend more time on technique! Thanks Liz! X
