CONDITIONING CLASSES

Splits Intensive

This one-hour interactive session is designed to help you achieve flat front splits. With opportunities to ask the instructor questions, we focus on finding your point of resistance, breathing for relaxation and more. Suitable for all levels.

Handstands & Acro

Handstands & Acro will gradually build the core and arm strength needed to nail some kick-ass handstand variations – from elbow stands to handstands and everything in between. Throughout each class, the challenge will be improving your core stability. Suitable for all levels.

Aerial Conditioning

Aerial Conditioning is for strength, conditioning and skill development on an appartus. Aerial conditioning is designed to mimic real movements and activate the the same muscle groups that pull, climb and lift the body into most tricks. Suitable for all levels.

Stretch & Flow

Are you sore, tight and achy in hard to reach places? This slow paced stretch session focuses on common areas of tightness to target not just the muscles but the joints, ligaments and fascia. Suitable for all levels.

Roll & Release

Roll & Release is the ultimate in reducing muscle tightness. We’ll use massage balls, rollers, blocks and bolsters to target the tight connective tissue between your muscles.We’ll focus on areas including the shoulders, back, glutes and hamstrings – releasing first and stretching/lengthening after. Think long, deep stretches combined with self massage and a whole lot of relaxation! Suitable for all levels.

Core Power

Our core is not just our abs, our core starts from the base of the pelvis and travels up into the rib cage. And if you think about movement and flexibility, this is where it generally comes from! Core Power balances your muscles by gaining strength and flexibility around a joint, increasing our aerial prowess! Suitable for all levels.
